Day 39, Sweat 3-4

Sorry for the late update. I did workout this morning. It was a good workout, better than the other day. I defiantly need to find some sort of padding that is soft that I can place on the floor to help. I bought a gym floor that are squares and its just too hard and makes a lot of noise when I am on it. Think I found a good replacement that will work, so I can get the most out of my workout!

But I am feeling great and still exciting to be working out and making progress.
