Day 38, Sculpt 3-4

Today was a good workout. I bought some dumbbells last night that were heavier, I had been using the maximum weight of 12.5 pounds and these are 20 pounds each and for half the exercises I used the 20 pound dumbbells with no problem. Felt them working my arm and feeling good.

Lost another inch of my waist, down from 51 to 50! Exciting!
