Day 23 – Sweat 1-2

Today was an okay workout, not great, not that I did not want to workout, but my HRM strap is failing on me. I thought it was a battery and replaced the battery last night and still is looking connection with my watch and my ANT+ device that I have for my iPhone, its still under warranty so I am working on getting in replaced. I have been doing these exercises long enough that I should be able to listen to my body and continue to work out until I can get this replaced, who knows how long it will take Timex to replace it. Its cheap enough for a new strap may not be a bad idea to have a second as a backup. For exercises like this, especially cardio is very important to listen to your heart…
