Day 9, – sweat 1-2

This morning was the roughest morning for me. I stayed up too late, woke up in time to exercise but I was so tired that I really did not get a great workout, but I worked out nonetheless.

I came into work this morning and drank my one cup of coffee, and now drinking water, which is what I will be drinking for the rest of the day. I have vitamins at home and need to remember to take them, With my diet I can tell by body is wanting something and I think its nutrients so I will definitely start taking a vitamin today.

I was feeling so tired this morning I just wanted to press stop and sit down and watch TV, but I did not do it. I know if I would have done that, it would have been the end of my program.

I do not want to fail, I cannot fail, and I will not fail.
