Just a brief update. Wont go into as much detail going forward other and post what workout I have done and any issues or milestones.
With taking my rest day yesterday, felt a little weaker? I was not able to do the exercises as well as I did late last week. Which means even if I do not do a full routine on my rest day, I will want to mix it up and do a little weight and a little cardio on my rest days. I want to keep the momentum going.
